Each summer, our family leaves Central Minnesota for the pristine waters of Ugashik Bay near Pilot Point, Alaska—home to one of the world's greatest sustainable sockeye salmon runs. We've harvested salmon in Bristol Bay since 1979, and every year we bring a premium portion of our catch back for customers across the Midwest.
Responsible harvesting isn't a marketing line for us—it's the standard. We use gear and techniques designed to minimize bycatch, and any incidental catch is returned to the water swiftly and safely. We also work to reduce our footprint from harvest through delivery.
